1. SHIPPING

Free shipping for all orders from the peninsula for orders over 30€ (except Portugal), otherwise the cost of the delivery will be 4,24€ (taxes included). The delivery time is 24/48 hours in the peninsula for all our items.

For the Balearic and Canary Islands, standard home delivery is €15.00, and the delivery time is usually between 3 and 5 working days. In the Canary Islands, the client will assume the expenses generated for receiving the package. For shipments within the European Union the shipping cost is €27.00 and a period of 3 to 5 working days. For outside the European Union the cost is €49.00 and if customs costs are generated in the country of receipt of the package, these are borne by the buyer. At the moment we do not ship to Ceuta and Melilla.

All shipments are made through Seur and DHL Express.

2. RETURNS

You can return any item purchased at The Animal Soul Brands, you have a period of 14 days from the date of delivery of the order to register the return in your account and send the package to our offices or request a pick-up service.

Steps:

  • 1. Fill in the Online Return Form by entering your account and wait for the response from our team with the acceptance of your request.
  • 2. Once you receive a confirmation email, choose the return method you prefer:
    • Option 1 -. Send us the item with the transport agency of your choice. The return costs will be at your expense. To make the return you must use the same box or bag in which you received it and put the delivery note of the order you received in the package. Send it to the following address:

    • Option 2 -. Send us an email to orders@theanimalsoulbrands.com to request the collection service. We will send a collection to the address you tell us at a cost of €5.00, which will be deducted from the refund of the order.
  • 3. Return the merchandise in its original conditions, including all kinds of labels and packaging, otherwise we will not be able to accept your return and make the refund.
  • 4. If you have requested a collection service, Seur will collect the package within 24-48 hours. from your return request.
  • 5. Reimbursement will only be made for correctly returned items. If your return does not meet the required conditions, we will contact you so that you can proceed to collect your order from our facilities.

3. CHANGES

Changes are not allowed.

If you want another product you must request a return and generate a new order.

Orders must be returned in the same conditions in which they are received, with their original labels and packaging. Swimsuits, sports bras or underwear must be tried on top of clothing and keep the hygienic protector intact. The return will be rejected if the appropriate hygiene measures have not been observed.

We reserve the right to reject returns communicated or sent after the established period or items that are not in the same conditions in which you received them.
